Alec Baldwin is reportedly at the end of his rope.
Fans have been worried for the 30 Rock star since a clip went viral of Hilaria Baldwin going OFF on him during a red carpet interview with Extra TV last month. The former yoga instructor is discussing their new reality show The Baldwins when he chimes in to optimistically profess:
“It’s going to be great. You’re a winner.”
The 41-year-old quickly snaps at him for interrupting her sentence, looking at him and saying:
“Oh my God. When I’m talking, you’re not talking.”
The 30 Rock alum quickly apologizes, but she doubles down:
“When I’m talking, you’re not talking.”
It sounds like she’s talking to one of the kids, not the 66-year-old who’s paying all the bills… it’s rough to watch.

She then frustratedly turns to the camera and scoffs:
“This is why we’ll just have to cut him out of the show.”

Jeez, is he not allowed to get a word in?? The look on his face makes us think not…
She’s since tried to do some damage control claiming they both “interrupt each other all the time,” which only backfired. Fans criticized her in the comments, claiming she’d be nothing without the Oscar nominee! If anything, she’s embarrassing him all the time with her fake Spanish thing! In response she shared a video asking him if he wants a “silent” partner. He jokes:
“I need a change … I need a woman who understands me. I thought that was you, but I was mistaken.”
But was it really a joke?? Or were they kidding on the square?
On Wednesday, an insider told RadarOnline he’s “reaching his limit” with the belittlement. An insider told the outlet:
“In the recent red-carpet appearance, Hilaria really stole the spotlight, and not in a good way. While she was telling Alec to ‘Shut up’ during their interview, the tension was palpable, and you could practically see steam coming from his ears. Instead of acknowledging her over-the-top antics, she insisted her actions were just part of the fun. But they clearly weren’t.”
We mean… we do know he’s a short-tempered guy. If anything he’s been super patient with her! The source continued:
“Alec, ever the professional, managed to keep his cool on the outside, but insiders say he’s reaching his limit.”
However, he apparently won’t leave for one reason — or seven, rather: their children, including Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, Maria, 4, and 2-year-old Ilaria! The insider continued:
“Friends close to the couple have noticed that Hilaria seems to enjoy belittling him in front of cameras, leaving Alec in a constant battle between support and resentment. The dynamic in their relationship is certainly an odd one, with Hilaria dominating the narrative while Alec feels trapped. It’s an awful scene, and you can’t help but wonder how long he can take it before he finally snaps. She seems to be drunk on the limelight the show has given her and Alec thinks it has created a monster. She railroaded him into making the program and now he’s really regretting agreeing to it in the first place.”
