This can’t be good!
The shutterbug that got smackedown by Alec Baldwin outside the city Marriage License Burea, has filed an official assault complaint with the NYC Police Department.
The paparazzo, Marcus Santos, claims (and has a PICTURE for proof) that the 30 Rock actor attacked him for simply taking a pic of him, and his soon-to-be wife, Hilaria Thomas.
Santos’s co-workers Witnesses say Alec had “an eruption of mad” that came out of nowhere.
However, the actor says he was only protecting himself from the aggressive photographer, and that any violence was motivated purely by self defense!
So, who’s story is right??
Guess the it’s up to the authorities to decide that now!
