Alicia Silverstone‘s brother, David, was arrested Monday on marijuana charges in northern California.
The 43-year-old was booked for cultivating and processing marijuana, as well as possession with intent to sell — a reported 181 plants were seized at his farm several hours north of San Francisco.

David was released about an hour after booking, with a bond listed at $25,000.
No word yet on any reaction from Alicia, but those could be some serious charges depending on the next few legal steps.
