Alicia To Tell All About Veganism

Former Clueless star, Alicia Silverstone, is adding author to her resume.
Rodale, Inc has just announced their plans to publish Silverstone’s first book.
The topic? Vegan dieting, of course.
The book, appropriately titled The Kind Diet, is scheduled to be out Fall 2009.
According to reports, the book “explores the connection between what we put in our bodies and what we├óΓé¼Γäóre doing to the planet, and how choosing the right foods in the kitchen can help you feeling lighter, sexier, and more alive.”
Sounds like a winner. Minus the whole not eating meat part.
Her book will also include a 3-step diet program, along with 75 vegan and macrobiotic recipes.
