Is Anna Faris done with marriage?
As you know, the 41-year-old and Chris Pratt announced the end of their eight-year marriage last year — and the actress was also previously married to Ben Indra from 2004 to 2008.
While chatting with Dax Shepard for the latest episode of his podcast Armchair Expert, the momma of one admitted she wasn’t sure if she’d walk down the aisle again.

The Mom star told Kristen Bell‘s husband:
“I need to figure out what the purpose is. “Is it safety for your children? Is it convention? Is it so other people respect your relationship more? For me, I’m just not quite sure where it fits.”
When asked about the social media response after her and Chris’ split was announced, Anna said:
“Chris and I did talk about [it]. We got, like on the Twitter feed, ‘Love is dead.'”
Although, Anna does seem to realize that people were so shocked because of the positive display she and Chris put on social media leading up to the breakup:
“We obviously cultivated something and it was rewarding for a while. It was like ‘People seem to think we got all this shit right.’ I had a little bit of a childish feeling of ‘Oh come on, fucking grow up’ ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ a little bit of anger.’ But that’s not fair either because I cultivated it. We intentionally cultivated this idea of like ‘Look at this beautiful family.’ There were so many moments that were like that but like anything on social media, you don’t post [the bad stuff].”
That’s true… timelines are highlight reels!
But now, Faris and Pratt having nothing but love for each other and their son:
“We had an unbelievable marriage and we have a great friendship now, we love our son to death. I’m really proud of that.”
That’s the top priority!
