Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted at Cafe Roma in an arm sling after having shoulder surgery with his BFF Sylvester Stallone!
Wonder how much longer until he’s back to 100% and ready to get is action movie on!
Plus, Terminators don’t really heal, so he’s probably just waiting for new skin. Ha!
