How The Bachelorette Lost 10 Pounds To Look This Good

This season’s Bachelorette, Ashley Hebert, looks FANTASTIC on the cover of the most recent issue of Life & Style Magazine.

However, the reality romantic revealed she had to do some work to get her body into the great shape that it is now, ESPECIALLY after having her heart broken by Brad Womack in last season of The Bachelor.

She revealed she put on 10 pounds after some serious emotional eating, admitting:

“I was eating everything in sight. When you’re stressed out, you kind of just throw it back.”

To gear up for her turn as the ABC heartbreaker, she turned to a healthy, balanced diet and lots of exercising, saying:

├óΓé¼┼ôI don├óΓé¼Γäót drink as much, and I don├óΓé¼Γäót eat as many desserts as last time. Now it├óΓé¼Γäós fruits, vegeta├é┬¡bles, salads and chicken ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ staying healthy…I teach dance classes ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ jazz and hip-hop ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ so I get a good mix of exercise types├óΓé¼┬¥

She also takes advantage of combining weights and aerobics in Bodypump classes, which can burn up to 600 calories in an hour!

As you can see above, all of her hard work has DEFINITELY paid off and Ashley knows it too! In her interview for the magazine, she shared, “It├óΓé¼Γäós a new, enlightened me. I├óΓé¼Γäóm happy. I├óΓé¼Γäóm in such a great place right now!├óΓé¼┬¥
