Audrina Patridge called the police on her ex-husband, Corey Bohan, after he allegedly blew off their custody exchange regarding the former couple’s three-year-old daughter Kirra.
According to TMZ, on the Fourth of July, The Hills: New Beginnings star arrived at the Costa Mesa Police Department hoping to pick up her child from the BMX rider.

Unfortunately, per sources, the athlete allegedly did not show up at 10 a.m., the reported time of their scheduled exchanges. Additionally, Bohan reportedly refused to answer his ex-wife’s frantic calls and texts.
While Patridge was wondering where her child was, Southern California experienced an earthquake that same day. The reality TV starlet ended up calling the cops to conduct a welfare check at Corey’s house around 10:45 a.m., where officials saw him and Kirra.
While his interaction with authorities was reportedly calm, Bohan told officers it was HIS day with the child, not Audrina’s.
Ultimately, the two ended up meeting at 7 p.m. for the custody exchange.
Per the publication, Corey was in the wrong as he was supposed to return Kirra to Audrina every Thursday at 10 a.m. — based on their custody agreement.
While they alternate Independence Days, the 34-year-old was supposed to get Kirra this year.
Because of the drama, Audrina wants to file a contempt of court order against Corey. However, as of this writing, nothing has been filed.
On Wednesday, a source close to the MTV personality told People:
“This is so distressing for Audrina… She’s very upset and she hates that they can’t have a peaceful relationship. That’s all she wants for Kirra. It’s really sad.”
The pair have been divorced since 2017.
As we reported, Bohan slammed Spencer Pratt after Heidi Montag‘s husband said he is not convinced Corey is Kirra’s actual father.
In a recent Q&A with Cosmo, Pratt mused:
“I wanna know who’s baby that is. How do we know it’s not Justin [Bobby]’s baby? Let’s get a DNA testing kit for the reunion.”
In response, Bohan wrote on Instagram:
“You can say whatever filth you want about YOUR family, cast-mates or even myself but I draw the line when it comes to MY daughter. Kirra is an innocent three year old child… I would hope that since you’re now a father yourself you’d have more tact and understanding, but I can’t say that I’m surprised. The things you say publicly will be accessible to my daughter forever and I will continue to do everything in my power to not expose her to such nonsense. Keep her out of your attempts to stay relevant ya f**k.”
