Christmas came early for Audrina Patridge!
On Thursday, The Hills star was granted temporary primary custody of her 2-year-old daughter Kirra amid a lengthy divorce battle with her estranged husband Corey Bohan.
According to the legal docs, the 33-year-old will have sole legal custody of the tot. The 36-year-old BMX pro was awarded visitation rights from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays and 1 to 5 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The former couple are still finalizing a permanent custody arrangement, but the two have already settled on a schedule throughout the holidays where each gets time with Kirra.
Patridge will spend Thanksgiving with the child, while Bohan will have her on Black Friday. He’ll also spend time with his daughter on Christmas Eve and have a four-hour window with her on Christmas Day.
But if he’s over 30 minutes late for any of his scheduled times, the MTV star has the authority to cancel that day’s visit. Yup, momma’s got all the power.
As we reported, Patridge filed for divorce from Bohan in September 2017 after 10 months of marriage.
