Canadian rockers Nickelback are the latest musicians to get Live Nation-ed.

Why????

They suck so hard!

According to a new report, Nickelback’s worldwide contract with Live Nation will cover three touring and album cycles, with an option for a fourth.

The deal also gives Live Nation rights to Nickelback recordings, DVDs, merchandise and endorsements.

No numbers were revealed.

BUT, the band’s last tour, sold more than 1.5 million tickets and grossed more than $67 million.

WTF?

We just can’t believe so many people paid to see them play ‘music’.

Maybe it was a fluke that the band did so well?

Unlike Madonna or U2, we don’t think the Nation has a “sure thing” with this investment!
