Well, that was fast!
After it was revealed that the Belgian fan Axelle Despiegelaere — whose pics went viral from cheering on her team at the World Cup — landed a contract with L├óΓé¼ΓäóOreal, the beauty brand has allegedly already severed ties!
But not for no reason at all.
The 17-year-old posted a pretty graphic picture of her and a dead gazelle to her Facebook, along with a distasteful caption, which you can see below:
Not only did it outrage fans, but clearly L’Oreal was not pleased, especially considering they made it clear that their products aren’t tested on animals.
Axelle has since commented on the shot, writing:
“i didn’t mean to offend anyone..it was a joke.”
Well thankfully, L’Oreal isn’t taking it lightly. A representative revealed:
“L├óΓé¼ΓäóOr├â┬⌐al Professionnel Belgium collaborated with her on an ad hoc basis to produce a video for social media use in Belgium. The contract has now been completed.”
Seems like the right course action to us. Looks like the only thing she’ll be hunting for now IS A JOB!
