Kelly Rowland Flies With This Feathered Frock At The BET Awards!

So this is one way to make sure you get noticed on the red carpet!
Kelly Rowland was covered in an insane amount of feathers at the BET Awards in El Lay on Sunday!
And we have no idea why!
The songstress looked amazing from the torso up, but as soon as the plumage started, it got to be too much. The sleeves and hem?? C’mon, Kelly! You can do so much better!
Sigh. Regardless, she’s still fab and her body is beautiful!!
