Damn, Bethenny Frankel just picking fights for no reason now! Forget Elf on a Shelf, she’s a troll on a roll!
The Real Housewives star has been waging war against Bravo the past few months, but now she’s branching out, so to speak, with a little tree humor! Taking to her Instagram, Bethenny posted a video shading Kim Kardashian‘s Christmas decorations.

In the middle of her Aspen winter holiday, the Skinnygirl founder found an idyllic piece of land on Christmas Eve, a pastoral paradise with robust pine trees blanketed in tranquil snow, and thought… Ooh, I’ll use this to make fun of someone! She said as she panned her phone around the gorgeous scene:
“Want to see Kim Kardashian’s living room? I’m here right now. She did a good job with the decorations, don’t you think? God, I’m so glad she invited me. This looks really good, Kim. Honestly, it’s some of your best work. Happy holidays!”
Bethenny captioned the video:
“No one does holiday decorations like the Kardashians… Happy Holidays! #kimkardashian #holidaydecor #keepitreal #humor #snow #happyholidays #holidays”

If you didn’t get the joke, Bethenny is mocking Kim’s holiday decor from this year, which the Kardashians star shared on her own IG a few days back. In particular the fact she decked one of her halls with a whole bunch of snowy trees…
Seems like an odd thing to mock, right? We mean… yes, Christmas decorations are meant to evoke a winter wonderland like the real one where Bethenny is lucky enough to be vacationing. What’s the point? It’s not like Kim’s decor is weird or even noteworthy. We mean, it’s not like Melania Trump‘s twisted Xmas bloodfest or something.
Bethenny’s own comments section seemed to agree the whole thing was offsides, writing things like:
“Are you sour she didn’t invite you or are you being sarcastic?”
“Really? Be better and don’t throw shade on another female”
“Um, Bethenny, the universe is showing you you need to humble yourself; worry more about not giving away used makeup and less about people with more money than you. Have a blessed Christmas”
Bethenny dropped in to defend herself, writing:
“What’s funny is it’s not shade. It’s just humor.”
She had her supporters, but apparently the detractors were too much. Eventually she turned off the comments section altogether.
