Bill Cosby's Lawyers File Emergency Motion To Delay Camille Cosby's Deposition

The pressure is on for Bill Cosby‘s lawyers.
On Monday, the scandalized star’s attorneys filed an emergency motion to delay his wife’s deposition for one of his defamation lawsuits.
According to court docs, the 78-year-old’s legal representation is asking to hold off on Camille Cosby‘s questioning until they know the outcome of the appeal they filed.

As we previously reported, Judge David Hennessy denied her attempt to get out of testifying under oath regarding allegations that her husband drugged and sexually assaulted seven women.
But now, the comedian’s lawyers are appealing that decision, and would like to prevent his lady love’s deposition from happening before they find out if their motion is successful.
It’ll be interesting to see if the justice system postpones Camille’s testimony — which is scheduled for Wednesday — pending the appeal results.
We’re also curious to see if a judge will rule in favor of the appeal, considering the accusers’ lawyer says there’s no “basis for appeal!”
