Cardi B is having quite the weekend!
The Bodak Yellow rapper is already looking well ahead to her upcoming major role in the stripper film Hustlers, and in doing so, she’s modeling some of the wardrobes from the set — and they look, um, EYE-POPPING!

In a get-up reminiscent of something like what rapper Lil’ Kim wore to the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards (come on… y’all remember…) Cardi decided to let the girls hang out in her most recent Instagram post, and all we can say is… DAYUMMM!!!

Court Troubles…
Of course, this photo was posted just hours after Cardi was officially indicted by a grand jury in New York over her alleged actions during an apparent altercation in a strip club in that state last summer. The charges won’t be unsealed until after arraignment, which is set to take place on Tuesday — at which point we should know quite a bit more about the case against Cardi and the legal battle that may be ahead.

Obviously, something like that could really be a problem for the rapper; she may be facing considerable legal (and/or civil) action because of it. We’ll continue to report on whatever ends up happening as the legal proceedings keep winding through court…

Also late this week (and into this weekend), Cardi B enjoyed a guest appearance on Rodeo, the new track from Lil Nas X!

Of course, Lil Nas X is looking for the right hit to complement and follow-up his sensational (and maybe a little unlikely) Old Town Road single, alongside Billy Ray Cyrus, and if you need a hit… Cardi’s the go-to girl!!

BET Experience!
Per TMZ, Cardi also performed at the 7th annual BET Experience on Saturday night in Los Angeles, alongside Migos, G-Eazy, Yung Miami, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby, and Trippie Redd. Quite the lineup — especially considering Meek Mill was also in the house, performing at Staples Center in a tribute that night to the late rapper Nipsey Hussle.
Word has it the concert series did not disappoint — “not by a long shot” — with everything leading up to Sunday night’s big BET Awards extravaganza and then some!
Cardi is doing the damn thing, that’s for sure…
Legal problems or not, she’s all over the place! Talk about a hot commodity right now — and it’s been this way for the rapper for a LONG time!
