New documents (a marriage certificate) obtained by TMZ show Cardi B and Offset married MONTHS ago!! On September 20, 2017 in Fulton County, GA to be exact!
Super interesting since the Migos rapper made a massive public proposal in October ’17 — after the marital deed was done. So Hollywood!
