Everyone can breathe a sigh of relief!
On Monday, it was reported that Cesar Millan may walk away from his animal cruelty investigation as El Lay County Animal Control is wrapping up their case.
In case you forgot, the Dog Whisperer star got himself into a bucket of hot water when a video from his Nat Geo WILD show Cesar 911 surfaced where a live pig used for training was bitten by an aggressive french bulldog/terrier mix.

According to some sources, the investigators don’t believe that Mr. Millan meant the pig any harm. In fact, the footage shows Cesar jumping to the piggy’s defense when the pup went after it. Phew!
Apparently, intent plays a major factor in cases like these and animal control does NOT believe that 46-year-old created an environment that was intended to cause the animal harm. Well, that’s fair!
Although, it seems that the department does find that Millan was negligent in this situation — but they’ll most likely just have a conversation with the reality TV star where they’ll urge corrective action over pressing any charges. Hmm, very inneresting.
Still, the El Lay County District Attorney’s Office will have the final say on whether or not they’ll pursue the case further. We’d like to note that they won’t really have much of a case if animal control is siding with the celeb. Just sayin’!
