Chris Pratt isn’t sugarcoating his split with Anna Faris.
The actor has remained relatively tight lipped about his divorce since making the announcement in August 2017.
While Anna had been feilding questions about their break up the press tour for her memoir Unqualified, Chris’ busy filming schedule allowed him to temporarily escape the talk show circuit.

But now that he’s starting press tours for Avengers: Infinity War and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the 38-year-old has no choice but to address the T-Rex in the room!
The actor admitted that “divorce sucks,” in Entertainment Weekly‘s Summer Movie Preview issue, but assured fans that both he and his ex-wife are “actually probably doing better.” He revealed:
“But at the end of the day, we’ve got a great kid who’s got two parents who love him very much. And we’re finding a way to navigate this while still remaining friends and still being kind to one another. It’s not ideal, but yeah, I think both of us are actually probably doing better.”
We hope they are!
Chris is believed to still be single, while Anna is currently dating cinematographer Michael Barrett. But from his love life to whether or not he thinks the upcoming Jurassic World sequel will be a hit, Chris confessed he’s not the worrying type:
“I feel like anxiety is a burden of the hyper-intelligent. It’s someone else’s job to worry about [the film’s success]. I just show up, stand on the X, say the lines, and give them all three of my scared faces.”
Sounds like he’ll make due with this unideal situation!
