Small Victory For Christian Louboutin's Red Soles

The judge presiding over the red sole shoe battle sided with Monsieur Louboutin on Wednesday after ruling YSL’s chart of red-soled shoes inadmissible.

Loub’s lawyer argued the chart’s accuracy couldn’t be verified and Judge Victor Marrero agreed.

Not exactly a huge victory, but a victory nonetheless.

YSL and Louboutin are still waiting on a final decision, but no one knows when it’s expected.
