Single gal Taylor Swift is back in her squad era! On Monday night, the Blank Slate singer hit the streets of New York City with friends once again — this time accompanied by some very talented ladies! While grabbing dinner at the city’s esteemed Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, the superstar was joined by her good pals Zoë Kravitz, Laura Dern, and Barbie director Greta Gerwig.

The 33-year-old kept her style classic with a black mini dress, some knee-high Louboutins, a brown wool coat, and a matching purple jeweled earring and necklace set. Greta coordinated with Tay Tay, with a black dress of her own, which she accessorized with a pink handbag and purple shoes. The Little Women star kept it casual with a red tee, black pants, and some sneakers, whilst Channing Tatum‘s girlfriend wore some jeans, a trench coat, and a baseball cap. (No Channing though — this was strictly a girls night!)

With the Anti Hero singer dipping her toes into directing lately with her music videos (such as Bejeweled, which Laura starred in), the reunion between these longtime pals could possibly hint at T-Swizzle taking the next steps in her career as a director! She WAS rumored to be considering making a TV show soon, so… If you want to get advice from anyone about directing, Greta would be at the top of the list! Barbie was that rare record-breaking blockbuster that ALSO garnered critical acclaim! You know, what Tay does in the music world! No wonder they’re friends!
