City Council Candidate Charged With Kicking A Dog To Death Claims 'There's Two Sides To Every Story'!

Earlier this week, a New Hampshire man made headlines after police accused him of causing the death of a small dog by kicking it!
City Council candidate Toby Tousley was charged with animal cruelty for allegedly kicking a Pekingese Chihuahua mix because it went to the bathroom on his lawn!
According to reports, the 55-year-old was making repairs to a rental building he owned on Saturday when the 17-year-old canine started squatting on the property.

Tousley tried to scare the dog off, but when that didn’t work he allegedly gave the dog a kick — and the animal died shortly after!
After receiving “hundreds” of threatening calls and emails since the incident, the City Council candidate is claiming that the police released inaccurate information to the media! He said:

“There are two sides to every story, and certainly, the police did not release the information accurately to the media here and it just escalated from there.”

The New Hampshire native didn’t specify what innacurate information authorities gave, but revealed he is meeting with attorneys to challenge the charge!
Hmmm├óΓé¼┬ª we’re not sure what facts he could be disputing, but we have a feeling not many City Council voters will sympathize with a dog kicker!
