Corey Bohan is fighting the shocking sexual abuse claims brought forward amid the custody battle against his ex-wife, Audrina Patridge.
As we reported, The Hills: New Beginnings starlet alleged to Child Protective Services the BMX rider had previously sexually abused their now three-year-old, Kirra Max, despite his allegations otherwise.
The former couple is currently in the trenches of a heated custody battle for their daughter and it seems Bohan isn’t waiting on a judge’s final verdict to fully speak his mind on the serious matter.

The 37-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday in an attempt to clear his name AND throw ample amounts of shade at Patridge and her ulterior motives while he was at it.
In the caption of his post, he penned:
“For all the innocent Fathers out there being horrendously accused with false and sickening accusations do not give up! The truth will always surface. Fight the good fight. ??❤️ #dad #daughter #real #honest#coparenting”
Bohan added he could not just “sit silently” while his character was “assassinated” by Audrina’s claims. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, which detail the legal proceedings and evidence brought forth by both parties, Patridge said the signs of abuse were spotted during a medical visit.
In his deposition, Corey asserted the MTV star was lying just to get full custody of Kirra and have her appear on reality TV. He seemingly backed up that notion in the core of his IG post.

“While it is not in my nature to do sit down interviews or to twist the truth per the press, I absolutely refuse to sit silently while having my character assassinated by way of those wholly false and vile claims against me. I don’t live a life distorted for television or entertainment purposes. I live one life based in sincerity, respect and the utmost love for my daughter. I trust that the truth will see the light very soon. Enough is enough!”
Yeah… the guy is clearly pissed!
Bohan previously defended himself in the eyes of the court over the matter, saying:
“In May 2019, Audrina made false claims of child sexual abuse against me to CPS. An investigation was done and the results of the investigation were that the allegations were unfounded.”
These are very serious and disgusting notions which (if proven true) could spell real trouble for Corey.
According to Radar Online on Monday, the athlete’s attorney, Courtney Shepard, reportedly told the judge both sides worked out a schedule where Bohan could receive monitored visits with his child while their custody battle continues.
This comes just weeks after a judge extended a restraining order against Audrina’s baby daddy over reports he had been physically abusive with her (again). The exes will return to court on October 9 for an evidentiary hearing regarding Patridge’s request for a permanent restraining order against Bohan.
Audrina’s attorney also wants a medical professional subpoenaed to testify at the next hearing, presumably to clarify the sexual abuse claims once and for all.
