Fifteen years after the trial began, three years after her death, and the billionaire’s $$$$$ will never be hers (or her estate’s)!
A federal appeals court decided on Friday that Anna Nicole Smith‘s estate will NOT receive the $300 million requested from former husband J. Howard Marshall‘s estate!
Sad!
Before her untimely passing, Anna and her legal team had been duking it out in court for Marshall’s $1.6 billion fortune, saying Smith’s former husband left her his estate after his death in ’95.
Poor lil’ Dannielynn!
