The queen of burlesque showed off her unbelievable waist-to-hip ratio in a gray John Galliano dress with a bow accent on the shoulder and dramatic draping at the front.
Dita styled her elegant look with black leather Fratello Orsini gloves, an Analeena clutch, and Christian Louboutin pumps.
