She’s a fighter and she did whatever it took to survive!
Goldie was left in a kennel inside of a rental property…alone….for THREE WEEKS!
The golden retriever, along with eight other dogs, was rescued by the Humane Society of North Iowa, where they found Goldie 20 pounds underweight and half her tail missing and painfully exposed.
She had to eat half her tail to survive….so sad…..
Since her rescue, Goldie has gained six pounds and the Humane Society has received offers to adopt the pet, with requests coming from Sydney, Australia even!
We hope wherever Goldie lands, she’s happy and healthy!
This is one tough cutie!
