Uh-oh. Not the best way to start off a new year, bb.
Sources are reporting that Eva Longoria is facing a $4 million dollar lawsuit from a guy who claims he was scammed into investing in her restaurant, Beso.
The investor claims that Eva lent $1 million dollars to the company behind her restaurant with an agreement she’d get paid back in full with interest – a lot of interest. For her $1 million loan, she ended up getting back $4.6 million over 2 years. The investor claims that this arrangement is against California state laws and has cut into their percent of the company.
Naturally, its the last part he’s particularly pissed about. Hence the lawsuit he filed today demanding over $4 million in damages.
