The actress looked fabbity fabulous on her way to grab dinner at Mr. Chow in Los Angeles on Thursday night, and we couldn’t take our eyes off her shiny, perfectly tousled locks!

But what do you expect when one of her best friends is famed hairstylist Ken Paves???
Wearing a body-hugging, long-sleeved little BLUE dress, Eva demonstrated how to elevate a relatively plain dress with some subtle accessories.
For example, her bright coral strappy sandals already did much to take the look to the next level by adding that striking pop of color, but that wasn’t the only hue that caught our eye — she also had on a gorgeous electric blue nail lacquer on her hands and feet!
A simple diamond necklace provided a touch of sparkle, but it was no match for the 39-year-old’s natural glow!
If we didn’t know she was turning 40 in March, we’d think she was still in her early 30s!
