Howard K. Stern has been named the “principal enabler” in Anna Nicole Smith‘s death!!!
California Attorney General Jerry Brown discussed the charges brought against the shitsy lawyer in a press conference held early Friday.
Remember the giant tubs of methadone found in Anna’s fridge after her death???
Brown has enough evidence to believe that Stern illegally administered prescription drugs to Anna “knowingly” and that he “repeatedly and excessively furnished thousands of prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith, often for no legitimate medical purpose.”
Stern as well as Anna’s former doctor, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, surrendered to police on all charges and were released on $20,000 bail Thursday night.
The two, along with Dr. Khristine Eroshevich have been charged with “prescribing drugs excessively to a known addict and using false and fictitious names all in violation of the law and all in furtherance of a conspiracy.”
The three will be arraigned on May 13th in Los Angeles.
