Sad news for The Howard Stern Show and fans.
Radio personality Crackhead Bob has been found dead in his Texas apartment at the age of 56. The exact cause of death is unclear at this time.
Born George Harvey, the fan favorite was picked up by show producers in the mid ’90s after being a huge fan and always being first in line at Stern’s signings. He quickly became a recurring featured guest on the show after widespread popularity.

The Wack Packer would often talk about how his speech and appearance were affected by years of smoking crack — which was the inspiration behind his nickname. His history with drugs forced him to take several breaks from the show.
