A man named Tony Toutouni has filed a lawsuit against a model for sexual assault — against his dog, Hef.
According to TMZ, the suit describes a photoshoot at Toutouni’s home in which Instagram model Deyana Mounira “began sensually playing with Hef; arousing Hef by playing with his genitals and masturbating him.”

Toutoni is “Instagram famous” — he’s friends with the infamous Dan Bilzerian if that tells you anything — and claims Mounira was exploiting the dog on camera for views.
In the suit, he says Mounira agreed not to post the photos or video online, but she did anyway.

Wouldn’t he just be trying to get the vid taken down if that was what he wanted?
Instead, he’s asking for $1.5 million in damages for emotional distress.
