Jay Manuel Launches His Own Clothing Line

Great news for fashionista Jay Manuel. The style expert is finally launching his own line.
Jay has been appointed Creative Director for ATTITUDE Jay Manuel, a Sears Canada private label collection.
The line will include women’s apparel, shoes, bags and accessories with Jay being completely hands-on with the product development and design of it all.
The collection is described as bringing together:

“modern interpretations of the sophisticated silhouette from the early 60s with the luxury and textures of the 70s. Designed for the stylish woman on the go, highlights of the collection include flattering shapes such as wide legged trousers, sleek pencil skirts, fashion-forward suiting that transitions from office to evening and seamed dresses for the fashion conscious.”

The Fall/Winter 2011 Collection will showcase later this month at LG Fashion Week in Toronto.
The one down side? It’s currently only launching in all Sears stores across Canada!
OK, there is some good news for his US fans.
The line will be introduced in the US sometime within the next 12 months, so the ladies will have to wait.
