Man, if you’re going to Farrah Abraham for legal advice, you may have hit rock bottom.
Of course, we’re talking about Jenelle Evans here, who hasn’t ever really shown an ounce of good judgment so far as we can remember.
We mean, we’re talking about someone who went running back to her husband after he killed their adorable little French bulldog Nugget — and fought to get young children back into the man’s custody.

If there’s anyone for whom Farrah can be a good example, it’s her fellow former Teen Mom star.
That, according to Abraham, is exactly what happened. Spilling to Jonathan Cheban on his Foodgod: OMG podcast, the reality star/part-time porn actress/sex toy entrepreneur claimed:
“Jenelle called me the other day and she’s not knowing what to do. She’s talking to a PR girl rather than the legal team, and I was like, ‘Uh, you have a situation.'”
That situation? Being fired by MTV.
Yep, that’s def a subject Farrah knows a thing or two about.
In Farrah’s case, she sued the network after — she claims — she was fired for appearing in the adult film Backdoor Teen Mom. She eventually settled the $5 million harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit for an undisclosed amount.
It’s that kind of victory Jenelle is after.
“She was like, ‘How did you win that court thing?’ I was like, ‘It’s not how, it’s what you pay attention to.’ If you’re busy running around worried about press and relevancy and all this and not contracts, not what matters. I’m business.”
That… is really good advice.
So was MTV in breach of contract in Jenelle’s case? Well, it’s not all that similar to Farrah’s.
She was fired after standing by David Eason‘s side after, and we cannot stress this enough, HE KILLED THEIR DOG. But according to the network the problems started before that.
The network had already stated outright they wanted nothing to do with Eason over his homophobic remarks back in 2018.
MTV later had issues with crew allegedly not wanting to film on Eason’s property because he scared everyone with his weapons stockpile and threats of violence.

It seems pretty clear Jenelle’s man was the big roadblock — and she chose him.
We’re not sure about the legal implications of any of this, but we can’t imagine any jury would fall on the pro-dog killing side of things.
Even Farrah, who was happy to help out with some legal advice, doesn’t want to go so far as saying she’s friends with Jenelle and her man:
“I can’t say that I talk, like I’m friends with them. I talk like I’m an acquaintance. But I think we lead much different lives, respectively so.”
Well, thank goodness for Sophia‘s sake is all we can say!
