Jennifer Lopez & Alex Rodriguez’s Kids Were ‘So Open’ To New Siblings & Are Now ‘Best Friends’!
Brady Bunching can be hard — but not when you have love like Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez!
In a new interview with People, the Second Act star and former athlete admitted that the most important aspect of merging their lives together was making sure each of their kids felt comfortable with it.
Apparently, all it took was a few warm introductions from their parents, and J.Lo’s twins from her marriage to Marc Anthony, 10-year-old Emme and Max, hit it off just fine with A-Rod’s daughters, 14-year-old Natasha and 10-year-old Ella.
Now, they’re one big happy blended family! The 49-year-old actress gushed:
“Kids are so beautiful and open to love and new friends… I was so loving to his kids and he was so loving and accepting of mine, and they embraced each other right away. [It was] ‘I get a new bonus brother and sisters to hang out with all the time and it’s nice.’”
The ex-MLB star would even go as far to say that their kids are now “best friends,” adding:
“Our kids have become best friends and that keeps us both grounded and appreciative. We couldn’t have asked for anything better than the four of them getting along as they do.”
Just another reason these two lovebirds know they really lucked out. J.Lo added:
“We love each other and we love our life together. The exciting part of our love is that we’re both very aware of how lucky we are to have found each other.”
Awww. Get engaged already, you two!
