Jewel Is Happy & Productive Post-Split From Hubby! Her Focus Isn't On Heartbreak, It's On THIS!

Jewel is one amazing woman!
Though Jewel just split from her husband of six years, Ty Murray, the singer has decided to take the high road and to stay positive.
In a recent interview, Jewel gushed:

“I’m doing good!”

To keep herself busy, Jewel has dedicated herself to raising awareness on the issue of homelessness and has even gone as far to collaborate with the ReThink: Why Housing Matters initiative.
For the initiative, Jewel recorded a new song, Home to Me, which was inspired by the true meaning of ‘home’. If y’all don’t remember, Jewel was once homeless, so we’re sure she has A LOT of thoughts on the topic.
Jewel revealed:

“I was really proud to be able to write this song. I was inspired by the hundreds of people from all over the country who wrote in about what home means to them, as well as my own experiences with being homeless.”

Wow, what a positive and inspiring way to deal with a breakup, Jewel!
