An immigration expert has weighed in on the sitch and says even though the Biebs broke the law again, and again, and again, it’s just not enough to boot him back to Canadialand!

The insider explained:
“Since Bieber did nothing serious to hurt another person, it is highly unlikely that he would be removed from the U.S. for the criminal charges he has pending in the Miami case. This DUI does not involve harming someone else, so he is not deportable.├óΓé¼┬¥
But even though no one was technically in danger during Justin’s drag race (since the road was blocked off by his people), he DID potentially harm others when he threw eggs at his neighbor’s house! And that means he could be facing a much more serious matter with those charges!
So, it looks like Biebsters is staying put for awhile. But his visa WILL soon expire and when it’s time to renew, officials might have some issues with all of his recent legal troubles!
Better be on your best behavior from now on, JB! Or it’ll be back to the Canadian cold for you!
