Kanye West Just Pled No Contest In His Paparazzo Battery Case, But Did The Judge Throw The Book At Him In Sentencing?

It ain’t easy being Yeezy, especially not today!
Kanye West‘s peeps went before a judge on Monday afternoon and pled no contest to the misdemeanor battery charge he faced for his alleged involvement in the butt-kicking of a photographer at LAX back in January.
The judge then sentenced the rapper to 250 hours of community service, a bunch of anger management classes, and two years probation!
Yikes! That’s no joke! As we’ve all seen with this Chris Brown drama, all it takes is one serious probationary slip up and the cops might be throwing on the cuffs!
Still, Daniel Ramos, a.k.a. the photographer who was beaten up, might not think that Ye’s punishment is sufficient!
He told the courts:

“If I did what he did to me, I’d be behind bars. I was doing my job and he broke the law.”

While this resolves the criminal allegations against the Blood on the Leaves rapper, Daniel has also sued Kanye in a civil court. So there’s a decent chance he could be on the hook for a crapload of cash!
Kanye entered the no contest plea through his attorney and never even attended the hearing.
