Earlier today, we reported that Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise had reached a divorce settlement, and now, we have some juicy deets about what it ALL entailed!
First things first — Katie is granted primary custody of six-year-old Suri. (Thank Xenu everything)
Secondly, as predicted, Suri will continue living with Katie in their apartment in NYC, with Tom getting visitation rights.
A source close to the case revealed:
“Katie insisted that Suri’s nanny and bodyguards always accompany her when she visits Tom. Katie did this for several reasons. This will ensure a smooth and easy transition for Suri when she is with Tom.├óΓé¼┬¥
Smart move, Katie!
Since Tom only has members of the Church of Scientology working for him, Holmes wanted to ensure that Suri would be protected from the Xenu-worshippers when off visiting her dad.
On the topic of Scientology, the source goes on to state:
├óΓé¼┼ôUnder terms of the settlement, Suri isn’t permitted to be exposed to anything Scientology related and this includes going to any Scientology churches, parties, etc. Katie made sure that this was ironclad in the agreement.├óΓé¼┬¥
Phew! We are SO relieved knowing that Suri will be removed from the cult church!
