Looks like Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise are doing JUST fine without Tom around!
The mother-daughter duo were spotted out yesterday in NYC, grabbing lunch at Alice’s Tea Cup with Katie’s two friends and their two kids!

Inside the magical restaurant, Holmes took comfort in some fries and ketchup and Suri played dress-up before heading out! Katie also treated her little princess to a star wand, book and feather headband from the gift shop!
An onlooker reports:
“Suri was extremely happy. She was looking at everything behind the counter and literally said,’This is the best day ever!'”

We are glad that Katie is keeping Suri├óΓé¼Γäós spirits up and leaving her out of all the divorce dramz — even though the six-year-old is at the center of it!
As we reported yesterday, earlier in the day, the duo got their culture on, when they stopped by the Children’s Museum of the Arts in Manhattan!
Staying busy is definitely key! It seems that Katie’s got everything under control and is keeping things as stable as possible, for the sake of her daughter.
We’re happy the two have been able to bond so much lately!
