The brunette bombshell was spotted hobnobbing with Orlando Bloom and other A-listers at the Coach 3rd Annual Evening of Cocktails and Shopping in Santa Monica on Wednesday, looking FANTASTIC in a dandelion-print Thakoon dress.
We’re sure quite a few eligible bachelors were sizing up Miz Perry and trying to get a glimpse of some skin through the frock’s sheer side panels.

But KatyKat was unperturbed as she posed in her Louboutin pumps with a fuchshia Coach clutch in hand.
