Kelly O Promotes Material Girl In Toronto

Kelly Osbourne was hard at work promoting Material Girl‘s fall collection yesterday.

On Tuesday night Kelly made an in-store appearance at The Bay department store sporting a GaGa-esque hair bow, custom white denim jacket, striped top and polka dot skirt.
