Kylie Jenner is not afraid to experiment with new hair colors, but she seemed to shock fans when she revealed she actually dyed her tresses platinum instead of opting for a wig!
As we previously reported, the 19-year-old took the permanent plunge over the Labor Day weekend, documenting the whole process to Snapchat.

But even she was skeptical about going lighter!
At her Kendall + Kylie Collection NYFW pop-up shop on Wednesday night, Kylizzle confessed to People:
“I actually didn’t mean to go platinum. I really wanted a nice, honey dirty blonde and when we started bleaching it, it got so light so fast and I was like ├óΓé¼╦£Wow, my hair is not damaged, I can do this.’ So I went for it.”
Totally casual!
And if the past is any indication, it probably won’t be long before her admirers also bleach their hair! The reality TV star even admitted:
“It feels really good to have that influence. It’s so cool. We used to do meet-and-greets a lot, and I used to have green hair and then I would see a bunch of girls roll up with green hair the same week and they’d be like, ├óΓé¼╦£I did it for you.'”
The beauty maven must feel so proud!
