The Liz & Dick starlet treated herself to a little retail therapy in New York City this weekend and we think we know why — she doesn’t have any proper shirts!

For her Sunday Funday in the city, LiLo wore a see through white top, black jacket, black leggings and towering royal blue Christian Louboutin pumps.
At least she wore a bra, right?
