They were an item once, but no more… but hey, for about $150,000, perhaps they could become an item again!
Madonna hosted a charity gala on Friday night at Art Basel down in Miami, and while she raised more than $7.5 million for humanitarian efforts in the African nation of Malawi, the REAL story centers on her and old flame Sean Penn!

Penn was in the audience, and helped out with the fundraiser last night, but Madonna saw to it to get the actor involved just a little bit more.
You know… just for charity! Ha!!
Madonna auctioned off everything from rare photos and tour memorabilia to pieces of her own art collection to raise the funds, and an A-list cast of stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, Courtney Love, Alex Rodriguez, and Bethenny Frankel were on hand to watch the fireworks go down between the singer and her ex!
At one point, as we can see on Frankel’s Snapchat video of the event (below), Madonna told Penn “I’m still in love with you” on stage in front of the crowd:
