Mauricio Umansky doesn’t want to be the fall guy!
The real estate mogul is the centerpiece of a new teaser for Season 2 of his Netflix real estate series Buying Beverly Hills. As we’ve reported, last week, the first full-length trailer centered on Mau and Kyle Richards‘ embattled union as a married couple — and the real estate mogul’s explanation of it to their children! But now, there’s a NEW teaser in the mix! And it’s more explosive!

At one point in the 53-second clip that made the rounds on social media on Sunday night, the founder of The Agency is seen talking with Kyle about their marriage. With her looking frustrated during the convo, he says:
“The stress and the travel obviously affects us.”
Then, a split-second later, Umansky is seen sitting with a friend to vent! During that chat with his pal, Mau says this:
“She wanted the separation.”
Whoa! It’s a claim we’ve heard before! But it’s also notable because Kyle has directly intimated that Mau’s alleged actions were at the center of their rift, too!! So he did something that made her choose the separation? Or… she had other, Morgan Wade-related reasons for wanting the separation and his blaming him?
Then, later in the teaser, Mauricio cryptically says this to a group of his agents during a real estate event:
“The Agency being a large family — just like every family — there’s conflict.”
No kidding…

The second season of Buying Beverly Hills drops on Netflix on March 22, so we’ve got less than a month before we see this play out!! The season looks chock-full of drama. Which is good! But mostly we want to know EVERYTHING about Mauricio and Kyle!
