Mariah Carey may be music royalty, but on Sunday she was in another queen’s territory — and accidentally found herself sitting on the Golden Throne!
Thankfully, Queen of Hollywood Meryl Streep was feeling merciful when she found a helpless Mimi in her seat at the Golden Globes.

Stopping by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday, The Post star shared her reaction to the singer taking her seat during a commercial break, jokingly shading:
“Bitch stole my seat!”
Ha! She recalled seeing the Elusive Chanteuse schmoozing with her table buddy, Steven Spielberg, continuing:
“Yeah I came over and there she was next to [Steven] Spielberg sucking up. She said, ├óΓé¼╦£Oh my god they made me sit down!’ Because you know we’re moving they make you ├óΓé¼┬ª Everyone has to drop to their seat.”
The 68-year-old added that it wasn’t that big of a deal, as seat swapping happens all the time at the Globes. Of course, that didn’t stop the actress from out diva-ing the diva:
“I said, ├óΓé¼╦£No, no. Stay there. I’ll sit on your lap.’ Because you know it looked comfy.”
We have a feeling Mariah’s facial reaction to that quip would win a Golden Globe in itself.
