Now that Miley Cyrus has joined The Voice, she’s on the NBC team and Thursday night, Seth Meyers revealed execs have decided they want all their employees to get along!
As a result, the “42-year-old man with a wife and a son” was forced to hang with the “23-year-old pop star” and seeing as how Seth tried WAY too hard to act young and hip to impress the songstress, things got AWKWARD!

Not only did the Late Night host pierce his nose, but he suggested stealing stuff from The NBC Store, and even tried to smoke weed that ended up being basil! LOLz!
