Oh, Canada — must you wage war on our bands??!
Well, not quite war, but a New Kids on the Block concert was just CANCELED because the non-mounted police at the border refused to let the band import the equipment they needed to put on a kick-ass show!!!
Now everyone who dropped a few dozen loonies to see the band perform in Ottawa tonight is up Moose Creek without a paddle!!!
Grrrr!! We LOVE our neighbors to the north, but they left our beloved boys Hangin’ Tough!!!
A rep for the the New Kids’ Package Tour — yup, that’s really what it’s called — says the Canadian Border Patrol held up trucks carrying equipment and vital production crew, but didn’t specify why.
Thankfully, the show is rescheduled for tomorrow night!
