Nicole Is Going To Jail!

Nicole Richie is expected in court today, where she will not only debut her growing baby bump but she is also said to be entering a guilty plea in her in DUI case.
By law, since this would be the Simple Life star’s second DUI conviction, she would be required to spend a minimum of five days in jail.
It is quite likely, though, that a judge will wait until Richie has given birth to force her to serve her sentence.
