Nicole Richie, accompanied by an unknown male passenger, was rear-ended in her car Monday in Beverly Hills by a vehicle driven by a paparazzo!
Shady!
Luckily her kids were not in the car!
Although Nicole is said to be in pain, she’s declining going to the E.R. and opting for her own doctors instead.
Not surprisingly, the paparazzo in question is an unlicensed driver and his car is being impounded.
