Pharrell Williams is turning out to be quite the trendsetter!
The Happy singer not only singlehandedly brought Vivienne West├óΓé¼Γäós ├óΓé¼┼ôBuffalo├óΓé¼┬¥ hat back, he├óΓé¼Γäós also had success with his clothing lines Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream. Additionally, he’s taken part in a plethora of collaborations with high-end designers!
So what’s next? A fragrance, of course!!
Pharrell teamed up Comme des Garçons to create a scent named Girl, same as the title of his new album. This marks the first time Comme des Garçons founder Rei Kawakubo has partnered with a musician for a fragrance!
CEO Adrian Joffe gushed about working with Mr. Williams, saying that Pharrell:
├óΓé¼┼ô…knew exactly what he wanted the perfume to smell like right from the beginning. It has been an honor to work with such a creative artist with a great vision.├óΓé¼┬¥
But Adrian isn’t the only one excited about the collaboration!
This also marks a huge moment for Pharrell, who holds Comme des Garçons in the highest regard:
“As one of my favorite designers once said, ‘Comme des Garçons is your favorite designers’ favorite designer…the top of the top, the best of the best. I am so honored to be working with Comme des Garçons and cherish the education that I’ve experienced in this collaboration.”

More details are set to be released this spring, and the fragrance is scheduled to be available in September.
